Original Coaching Notes:

First Move: Traveling Poses or shapes. Accent a cool or interesting pose or shape with the music. Tell them to travel with each pose.Encourage them to make it different every time.
Invite them to use their whole body and levels. These poses should be distinct and intense.Dance your poses. Show me how creative you can be with your poses.

Second Move: Strong walk – at 0:28 the beat kicks in, change to tempo walk, really serious, lots of directional changes.
If they go in circles, tell them change to explore their directions. Arms are swinging beside your body with the intensity of the walk. It’s not a dance walk. just and intense walk.
If somebody gets in your way, figure out a way to creatively walk around each other!

Third Move: OTS Punching rave dance. At 0:41 really have them dance these hands, every direction, all around the body.
Even your legs can get involved. You are at a rave, go crazy with it. Get your whole body is moving and dancing! Dance like your at a rave.
