Pre-Teach: Yes – Arm arm walk walk, pre-view groove-out
Focus: External
Purpose: To connect to the snap, warm-up or cool down the body
Pre-Teach: Make sure they practice with you. Give me an arm arm walk and walk. Try it a couple times.
First move: Pose: Stand in a confident pose and wait for the beat to drop. (like presenting yourself)
Second move: Arm, arm, walk, walk: Now give me a little arm arm and walk walk. With attitude and confident like a strut.
When the beat gets stronger take your arms up up and walk walk. Tell somebody “Get Up” different person each time.
Third move: Groove-out: Now show your stuff, let your body dance funky and a little weird. Do it like you, add your style and funk.
Show somebody your funky dance.
Forth Move: Claps: Quick l little claps all around while you move your body in a yummy way. “Feels so good”
