Purpose & Focus: Hip strength, Leg mobility
First move is kicks.
Add big arm swings on chorus.
Lift leg with hands placed under the hamstrings, 4 times each leg.
Lean forward & back with each lift.
Repeat kicks with arm swings.
3rd move is 123-123 side-to-side with feet and big arm swings.
Instead of arm swings you can do an arm extension and open the hand on the kick front.
Verse and chorus repeat 3 times.
