Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up the body and play with Latin rhythms.
First move: hip-circles, this can also be figure 8 with your hips. Make sure you bend your knees, it’ll make it work smoother and lots more hip movement.
Keep it spicy, add lots of arms, shoulders.
Second move: 1-2-cha-cha-cha. Bend your knees, get your hips to move, lots of shoulders.
Creatively move around each other. Explore the whole room, confident, spicy. Lots of turns and directional changes.
Get your booty moving and your shoulders.
