Purpose: To explore the space and move the body in a playful way.

If you’re in a German speaking environment, listen to the lyrics first and check for yourself it’s ok to dance it with your groovers.

First Move: Happy peppy funny joyful walk. Exploring the space, creatively dance walk around each other. When they know German, encourage them to sing along with the repeat of the word he throws in.
You’ll hear it when you listen to the song.

Second Move: Hammer arms. When that part of the song comes in where they sing about the “Hammer”, get them into the hammer arm movement, still moving and dancing their whole body, but the focus in on the hammer arm movement.

Third Move: Booty dance /upper body dance. When the lyrics tell you it’s about the booty, get them to dance and put their focus on dancing their booty in a fun and playful way that the music inspires you to.
