Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body

First move: Slow-quick-quick – all directions, play with different directions and levels in your slow quick quick, play with the internal expression like a meditative dance – let your whole body dance it.
Listen to the music – the tempo is the same all the way through, but the intensity goes up and down – give it a try and express the intensity. Smaller moves in low intensity parts of the song, bigger expression in the high intensity parts.
Make it soft and gentle.

Second move: OTS sway for 4 – be gentle and breathe with it, use levels and directions in your sway – soft and with ease.

Third move: OTS play piano and breathe
