Purpose: To start to move, warm-up the body and create some subtle interactions with people

First move: OTS Breath. Just start with a gentle, big, deep, breath. Inhale softly and as you exhale, let your arms float up and down. Do that again, but this time add your dance to it. One more time. And let it go. Now OTS inhale up, exhale softly. OTS, inhale arms up. Let those arms float down and exhale. Can you add some style to it? Your way is the right way.

Second move: Snap. Now take it to a little snap on the spot. Start to add a little style and personality as you move those snaps around your body and the space around your body. Above you. Below you, but let your body gently dance to it. Nice and easy. Now take that snap and add a little travel to it. Start to move it around the room. Step touch or walk with it. Snap around each other, with each other. Now show me your levels, remember there is space below you. Show me your style and your personality. Can you travel while you snap? See if you can snap around people and with people. Explore all your directions, even backwards. Just dancing in the moonlight together. A little dance in your body. Gentle. Light. Soft. Start to travel. Your way is the right way. Let it feel good. And let your body dance with it. Turn it into a clap. Nice and easy.
