Pre-Teach: Strut-4-hand-hand-dance: Okay everybody, do this with me, we are going to strut for 4, then go hand-hand and a little shoulder dance and dance. Lets try it again together. Strut 2-3-4, hand-hand-dance and dance your shoulders with an attitude of “I don’t care”.
First move: Strut-4-Hand-Hand-Shoulder-Dance. With attitude. Strut for 4 then hand hand, little dance. Shoulders back, show me your attitude Shoulder is like “I don’t care”. Show me your attitude. Go a different direction each time. You can push off walls or turn.
Second move: 1-2-Arm-and-Arm (123). Travel 1-2, arm and arm (123). Keep traveling. Party in those arms. Directions. Whole body is moving. Dancing through the space. Let’s see those arms dancing.
Third move: Strut. Walk it out with attitude, sass and confidence. Shoulder back, chest up, chin lifted. Explore all your directions. Show me how you use your arms while you walk.
Fourth move: Clap. Cool and easy OTS.
