Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External & Internal
Purpose: To connect to the rhythm and express the music

First move: Soft sway into SQQ – Start OTS with a nice soft gentle sway until you feel the SQQ come in. The sway is short. When you do the sway at the end of the song turn it into a melting, let it be heavy but still gentle and soft. Use your whole body as you melt slowly.

Second Move: 123-Tap Out. Now, open your eyes. With a cool, chilled hip-hop style, 1-2-3-Tap Out. 1-2-3-Tap Out. Relax. Chilled, stylish, soft, but with a little bit of swag. Once you’re comfortable with it, try different directions. Backwards. Sideways. A little turn now and then. Move creatively through the room.

Third Move: SQQ – This is a relaxed, cool SQQ, with an arm accent on the ‘slow’ when you hear the accent in the music. This can be done on the spot, or you could move around your space. Be a bit dramatic here. With that arm, can you accent to a new place each time? Maybe you go a bit low. Then high. Maybe to your front. Your side. What else is possible? But keep it dramatic. Expressive. Yes. So lovely!
