Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: Strengthen legs, have fun with playing ‘sassy’

Here’s a sassy, flirty song to cool down or warm up! Tell groovers to ooze confidence and sassiness as they dance.

First Move: Sassy walk with confidence but also a bit flirty! Perhaps suggest they can walk on their toes if they want. You can’t get
this wrong so let’s see how sassy you can be!

Second Move: Sassy poses between the verse and chorus

Third Move: Kicks with jazzy hands and arms. Tell them to make it ‘showy’ as if on Broadway.

Transitions are clear, so alternate between the moves until the end … finish off with a bold pose, a little shimmy and jazz hands.
