Focus: External
Purpose: to get into the dance mood, warming up the whole body or cool down towards the end
First Move: Start with a soft and easy dance walk, but also show self-confidence when the song gets more intensive.
Light claps, bodyclaps or even snaps are optional during the dance walk, you may offer it to your participants.
Second Move: At the beginning of the chorus, the claps are distinct – for that bring them all together to clap-dance on the spot, before they travel again.
There are 2 parts with clap-dance OTS, the rest is dance-walk and optional claps or snaps.
