Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes, only the pose and melt
Focus: Mostly Internal
Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body

Pre-Teach: Have them try the pose and melt with you a couple of times before the song starts. Get them to do different poses, and have them melt different ways as well so they get the idea of the move.

First move is a 1-2-123. It’s soft, sensual, passionate, Latin, intense and expressive. Get them to relax into it by bending their knees a bit and softening the hips so it allows more movement.
Invite lots of turns and directional changes and get people to explore the possibilities of getting their head, arms and hands involved too. Use the style words throughout to get them connected to the passion of the song.

Second move is a pose and melt. This part is clear in the music, but you do need to know the song to hit the breaks, they come 9 times in the song.
Inspire them to try out different poses and ways of melting each time and allow for a bit of drama and intensity in the pose and melt.
