Purpose: to explore the the cha-cha rhythm

First move: 1-2-cha-cha-cha. Connect your feet to this rhythm: 1-2-chachacha or 12-123. It’s sassy, peppy, flirty, confident and alluring. Soften you knees so your hips can move with it. Now start to travel the room with your 1-2-chachacha. Explore turning and moving sideways and backwards. Listen to the song and let it inspire how you dance it – let the latin vibes in the song influence your moves. See how you can move your shoulders. Your arms. Your hands even. How can your hips move? Have you turned it yet? Notice which way you turn and explore turning the other way as well. Relax into it and dance it with your whole body. You can’t get it wrong, I promise. If you are making yourself feel good right now, you are getting it right! Play with flirt and sassiness in your expression – and dance it with confidence. Show me how you can get your hips and shoulders dancing as you chachacha! Look over your shoulder once in a while so you get your head moving too – every single part of your body dancing! Maybe you wanna try touching or pushing yourself away from a wall – play with your environment as you dance.

Second move: pose. Alright, get ready to pose on the spot. Stick things out and POSE with confidence!

It comes three times in the song, and after the last pose, you stay OTS and wiggle – a soft flirty dance until the song ends.
