Purpose: To warm up the body and to strengthen and mobilize shoulder joints

First move: pose-4-walk-4 – Dynamic pose, confident walk 4. Feel empowered, strong, and express that in your movements.
Use all levels, directions and you can even pose with someone if you meet up with them!
Second move: confident walk – this is a strut, shoulders back, head high, conquering the room alongside everyone else doing the same.
Express with your arms as you travel and smile confidently at each other.
Third move: snap – OTS with a little bit of travel and a lot of expression.
With your body language and focus, ask “what’s wrong with being confident”, then maybe answer it with your body language, “NOTHING is wrong with it!”.
BREAK at 2:31 – Use this section for dramatic poses OTS, you could use the floor as well.
