First move: Arms lift and lower. Starting on the spot, relax your arms. Soft breath soft body. Listen to the music, then slowly start to lift your arms up and dance them down. Beautiful and flowy. Up and down. Now as you create this little arm movement, let it dance. Arms up and down. Lots of breath. Can you do it a little different each time? You can use your whole body with your arms. Let it flow your way. No one can lift your arms for you. *The second time this happens in the song , Can you add a little snap to those fluid arms. Put a little dance with it. Your way is the right way to express it. Let’s see it! On the spot, soft arms, soft breath.

Second move: 1-2-3-tap. 1-2-3-tap. Say it a few times with the music until you see they have it. Once you have it – 1-2-3-tap – start to add your arms. Play with directions. You can even add a turn now and then. But let your arms flow naturally with it. Soft and fluid. Explore all of your space. Gentle and relaxed. Beautiful. 1-2-3-tap. Can you allow your head move with your arms. Let your chest and your spine be fluid too. Show me how you dance it your way. You can’t get it wrong. 1-2-3-tap. 1-2-3-tap. Turns. Arms dancing too. Moving creatively through the space. Your whole body is involved. Let your whole body dance with the arms. Your way is the right way. Your own style. Make it feel really good in your body.
