This arrival song is different from our usual ones. This song is shorter and it’s only the sound of the clock striking midnight.

So you will set them up for the class without any music. Then start the song and give a few more cues.

Here’s what you can say before the Halloween style arrival song:

Find your spot on the floor. Relax your body. Soften your knees. Allow your arms to hang nice and heavy. Start connecting to some nice deep breaths. Tonight we are starting our Groove class at the Haunted Mansion. You are standing in your coffin, and you haven’t moved in a looooong time. For now, just let your body be still. Close your eyes and take a few more deep breaths at your own pace. In a moment, you’ll hear the clock strike midnight, and when that happens I want you to just blink your eyes open.
Start the music:
Blink your eyes open. Open them wide.
Let your head be still but start to move your eyes.
Look to the sides. Down. Up. Just your eyes moving.
