Focus: both external and internal
Purpose: To work on balance and stability, Mobilize and lubricate the spine and upper body.
First move: Balance, release & walk 4: You will hear the sound in the music when you lift one leg for a balance, then release and
walk 4 to a new place.
The balance move is short, but enough to have you focus on stability. Keep your abs engaged to support your balance.
Relax the muscles in your face and allow your arms to help you with your balance as well.
Try to lift your leg a different way each time.
Second move: OTS Swim: Stay in one place, nice open stance with your legs, soften your knees and create a big beautiful swim stroke,
really explore your range of motion.
There is the breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle. Play with them all. Really focus on your whole upper body. Be creative with your
strokes.
Breathe deeply with your movement. You can even close your eyes while you are swimming and really explore how your upper body
moves.
