Purpose: To increase heart rate and mobilize hips and lower spine

First move: Is a funky dance walk. Connect people to the beat and style, and then have them explore the room with directions, turns & levels.
Coach head and arms moving as well, and coach for bounce, confidence and funk. Give them permission to be uber cool and show it!

Second move: Is a step tap out. Bend the knees a bit to allow for more movement. Invite the tap outs to be in different directions and give options of both, traveling it and also staying OTS getting their groove on.
Coach for them to show their own style and personality

Third move: is walk-four-out-four. Have them walk for four, and then stay OTS as they step out for four with wide steps that make the hips move.
Give them permission to really let that butt move, and to dance their heart out as they do it!

All three moves fit throughout the song, so you decide when you want your peeps to transition.
