First move: walk – simply follow the music. Light walk and then it gets more powerful! Move in and around each other. There is one time where you walk slower….refer to time line below!
Second move: low run – as the music picks up, so does your tempo. Like you are chasing each other, move in all directions, it is a DANCE run!! Let it feel amazing!!
There is one time you stay OTS for the run until the music explodes into the big travel run.
