Purpose: To increase heart rate and explore playing with the rhythm
First move: poses. Confidence. Add a snap. Around your body. Snap in a different place every time.
Can you make your poses different each time? Make sure your whole body is in it.
Keep moving through your poses.
Second move: Rhythm-Tempo GROOVE-out. Put the beat in your feet and start to walk. Dance walk. Add a 123 if/when they want.
Take up lots of space through the room. Dance it your way. You can’t get it wrong.
How many different ways can you dance through the room? Have you tried backwards or a turn?
