Purpose: Connecting to a soulful 1-2-123
First move: Shoulder Shimmy. Gently shimmy shoulders, leaning forward and back, changing it up as you dance it.
You can shimmy slower or faster or both! You can even shimmy with someone!
Second move: 1-2-123- Smooth funk with lots of soul! Telling a bit of the story as you dance it.
Move in different directions often and use the music to cue your style!
Third move: There is a BREAK for some relaxed simple claps!
