Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body
First move: Walk. Walk – walk. You’re creeping through the haunted mansion. Start to look around curiously. It’s spooky and mysterious, who knows what you’ll see? Can you explore your levels? Let your whole body move with it. Can you add your arms? Open up your eyes really big and look around as you walk.
Second move: Waltz. Now down-up-up-down-up-up. Start to twirl and explore the room. It’s airy, floating and light. Let the song inspire your dance. How can you make your waltz a little spooky and weird? You can’t get it wrong. Show me your own unique ghostly waltz.
