Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: both
Purpose: To warm up the body and lubricate the joints

First move: Circulation. It starts on the spot with circulation of joints. Wherever you are, relax your body. Soften your knees. Add a gentle sway.
Start with any body part you want, and draw a circle. Add another body part and make a circle.
Everything is slow. Lots of breath.
Explore by bringing your arms up. Explore levels by bending your knees. We really want to warm up the whole body so see if you can add other body parts.
Explore your range of motion. Really let the music inspire your movement.

Second move: 1-2 gentle chilled-out walk. The beat is going to kick in so open your eyes. When you hear it, put the beat in your feet and start to walk through the space.
Keep those circles going through your body. Try adding different things. Listen to your body. Soft steps. Everything is gentle and relaxed. Try walking in different directions.
It’s a soft, gentle beat. Are there other body parts you can bring into the movement? Really beautiful! Let it feel good in your body!
You can’t get it wrong when it feels good in your body.

Transitions:
