First Move: S-Q-Q. Ok everyone, i want to see lots of drama, passion and even arrogance, lift your chin, open your chest, shoulders back. Now feel this rhythm Slow, Quick, Quick. Slow, Quick, Quick. Once you have this, start to accent your arms on the slow. Lift your chin. Lots of pride, arrogance, grace, elegance. Follow the music. Travel through the room to new places. Can you accent that slow dramatically with and around each other? Show me beautiful posture. Regal and dramatic. Follow the essence of the music. When the music gets softer, make your moves softer. When it’s bigger, make your moves bigger. Passionate. Hold….lots of drama and arrogance. Slow, Quick, Quick. Beautiful. Get lost in the music. Let the music inspire you. Let me see you over the top with your confidence . At the end pause…Take a little bow.
