First move: Step kick – depending on what is available to you, you can either stay low and kick with each foot, or you can jump the step kicks – with or without arms.
Listen to your body and choose how high intense cardio you need today. Make it peppy, energetic, happy and funny.
Second move: Twist on the spot with jazz hands – both feet in the ground or lift one foot and the other, use levels, lubricate your spine in the twist.
Add the most adorable cute jazz hands ever in your twists. Put a smile on your face.
