Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: The Can Can kicks Focus: External Purpose: To increase heart rate and build hip strength and mobility
V First move is ballet poses. Let them get creative with it, but demonstrate it as well. You can even accent the music with it, let them play, so great.

Second move is a Tip Toe or Light Run around the space. Ask for graceful and expressive arms, even dramatic like a ballerina.

Third move is the Can-Can kicks together with a partner. Knee-and-kick, knee-and kick, switching legs after every kick. The second time this move comes, you may even have the partners join other pairs and create a longer line!
