Pre-Teach: yes, the combo.
Focus: External
Purpose: To increase heart rate and explore small choreo.
Pre-teach: ’Alright try this with me with so much attitude: Walk 1-2-3-pose, 1-2-3-pose, 1-2-3-pose and now stay OTS and pump it!
You can pump the hips or chest or anything really. Do the combo like this one more time with them, cueing on the beat and coaching for attitude and strong poses different every time.
First move: Is a slow confident walk. Tell people to add the arms with powerful expressive moves.
Second move: Is 1-2-bounce-bounce. Cue on the beat until people get it. Then get them into the style by coaching for confidence, attitude, funky and a sexy, seductive energy!
Third move: is the combo you pre-taught. You can yell out ’get ready for the walk and pose’ right before and then count them in.
Strike fierce poses and have them walk with attitude and on the pump allow them to get naughty with it!
Fourth move: is a March. Strong, powerful and fierce!
