If the previous song was on the floor, you can use the beginning of this song to slowly bring them into a standing position.
Otherwise you start standing OTS.

First move: Soft arms.
Relax your body. Soften your knees. Soften your shoulders.
Connect to your breath.
Listen to the music. When you’re ready, slowly start to move your arms around your body.
There’s below you, above you, behind you, to the sides. Explore the space around you with your arms moving and dancing softly.
Can you use your levels?
Your arms are flowing with a weightless feel to it. Almost like gravity is gone.
How can you start to get more of your body dancing with your arms? You can invite your hips, your spine, your head, your chest, your fingers.
What does it look like if you allow your whole body to dance with your arms?
Allow the music to inspire how you move your arms.
Remember, you can’t get it wrong. Your way of expressing your dance is unique and perfect. Dance it your way. Decorate the space around your body with your arms.
Infuse your movement with your breath.
It’s gentle, soft and slow. No rush. Graceful. Delicate. Beautiful.
Dance it your own way.
Have you tried using your levels yet?
Allow your whole body to dance and express it.

Second move: Arms-4-travel-4 . When you hear that sound in the music, let your arms dance softly then travel for four. Go somewhere new every time you travel.
What can your arms do? How can they dance it?
Dance as you travel to a new space in the room. You can move sideways or backwards or turn as you travel.
And see if you can keep your arms dancing as you travel. Maybe your whole body can dance?
Let your movements be soft, gentle, delicate.
How can you express it your own unique way? Give yourself permission to really dance it. Your dance. Your way. Infuse it with your breath.
Can you dance your arms differently every time? Let your body move to the music.
Can you get your spine involved?
Can you get your fingers involved? Transitions:
