Moves: Slide Knee / Walk 2 Dance 2 / Fast feet
First move: Slide Knee with LOTS of attitude. There is a powerful communication that happens with the arms as you travel the space. Looking at each other while you do it, like you are the coolest cat in the room!!
Second move: Walk 2, Dance 2 – get down low and explore all the unique ways you can do that dance 2…add different body parts, lots of arms, etc. Be sure to dance the walks in different directions and different ways as well. The lower you get the more leg strength is involved!
Third move: Fast feet, simply follow the beat in the music and go for it!!
