Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up the body and mobilize spine and rib-cage

First move: Step-Snap – A soft and sexy snap while gently traveling your space, being a bit flirty, sticking body parts out and taking deep, sensual nose breaths.
Second move: Freeze arms open out and in – strike a little pose and then open your arms and close them to the music.
The lyrics say “breathing IN and breathing OUT”, so use that as your cue! On the final round, the in-out breaths continued so follow the music and get a bit more dramatic and expressive with it.
I do let them know that if they are light-headed after breathing that way, it is normal, they are doing cleansing breaths, so it feels that way sometimes.

Third move: 1-2-123 – Very sensual, flirty on this travel pattern. Using arms, hips and facial expressions to interact just a little with others as you pass them by! Use the music to its fullest!
