Purpose: practice relaxing, connection to the group with the breath.

Pre-Teach: The Open-Close walk for 4 movement. Demonstrate it and have them do it with you.

First Move: Snap – When you hear the snap sound come in, get everyone to connect to that snap and dance the snaps.
All around your body, using different levels, adding turns, , even the head moves, dance it, in a gentle and soft way. Invite to travel.

Second Move: arms open-close and walk-2-3-4. With the Chorus coming in and the singing breathe in,
Open-Close arms and walk for 4. Express the open close part in different ways, then elegantly walking to a different spot for 4.

Third Move: Arms movement OTS. OTS create your own arm movement to the music, gentle and soft. Invite to close the eyes.
