Fitness Elements/Purpose: CR (creativity), RT (reaction time), Agility, ROM, Coordination
First move: Let the intro play….then start with the rhythm of step snap walk walk….over and over. Softly traveling the space, dancing your walks and taking your hands in different places every time you snap.
Second move: On the breathe in…take a slow, long reach up….dance it and then melt it down, dancing that too! Get creative on how you do this each time and try to coordinate your breath with it!
BREAK: There is one spot of a gentle sway OTS, then back to it!
