Purpose: To connect to the breath and warm up
First move: OTS Breathing arms. Start moving your arms open and close, like you’re breathing in and out.
You may bounce your knees softly or sway it. Make it soft and relaxed.
Second move: Arms 4 & Travel 4. Now move your arms for 4 counts and then travel 1-2-3-4, stay OTS arms and travel.
You may bounce while on the spot. Dance it in your own relaxed way
Could you move your arms differently every time?
You could play with reaching in all levels.
Maybe you can travel in a new direction every time?
