Pre-Teach: No Focus: External Purpose: To let the music guide contrasting energies between soft and sharp

First move: Breathe-in / Breathe-out. The song tells you. As you breathe in, bring your hands up the middle. As you breathe out, make different shapes with your hands. Show me how many different shapes you can make when you breathe out.
Find someone next to you and show them your shape. Yes, keep showing your shapes to someone around you. Breathe in together. Show each other your shape. Use your entire body on your shape. Have you tried the floor? What can you do with your shape on the floor?

Second move: Robot. Crazy robot. Uh, oh! Your robot gets stuck. Now walk 4 steps. Oh no, your robot is stuck again. Walk 4 steps. Show me how strange your robot is when it gets stuck. So weird. You can’t get this wrong. It’s your robot. How else can a robot move? Can it travel backwards? What about turns.
