First move: Lift Arms 4, Melt 4, Up 4, Walk-4. Wherever you are, just relax and soften. Soften your knees. Soften your belly. Hands on your heart. Just observe the natural flow of your breath. Close your eyes if you wish. Just be here, now, present. Now open your eyes. Listen to the music. We’re going to add a delicious pattern. The rest of this song is one simple flow, Gently lift your arms up slowly (4 counts), Lower and melt down (4 counts), Gently float arms up, Now travel and walk somewhere new. Beautiful! Let’s do it again, Float and dance your arms up, gently melt them down, lift and rise back up, now travel somewhere new.
