Purpose: CR (creativity), RT (reaction time), ROM, Muscle Strength, Power, Speed, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular
There are three rounds.
First move: Low snaps. Go low. Put some dance in it. Keep those abs in. Recover and take deep breaths here.
Creatively move those snaps. Keep those muscles active in the legs.
Second move: Fast arms. Start to pump. Breathe bigger and bring those arms higher. Start to pick up the feet a little more.
Add the arms. What else can you get in it?
Third move: Step touch. This is down. Arms are big. Move through your space.
Add a clap. Move that clap around. As big of steps you can possibly take. Doesn’t matter the direction or which foot you’re on.
Bend your knees. Travel around each other. Big arms!
Fourth move: 2 to the side. Keep this low to really get into those legs. Challenge yourself. Abs firm.
Booty down. On the last one, get lower and stay there. Keep dancing your upper body.
