Purpose: To warm up body and increase heart rate
First move: slow-quick-quick: Starts off with a slow-quick-quick with an emphasis on the slow using dramatic arms.
Second move: Snap. Ask groovers to take their snaps all around them, using different levels and dancing their snaps.
Third move: 1-2-123, again get them to dance in different directions.
Forth move: OTS March: There is one section at 2:16 where you will march OTS to the beat which gets faster before transitioning back
into 1-2-123.
