Purpose: To mobilize hips and spine and strengthen the lower body

First move: Butt-Pump. Bend your knees, legs wide, now get your butt pumping. It doesn’t matter if it’s back to front or front to back. Just move your pelvis back and forth.
Now give yourself permission to get gritty with it. This song is reggaeton style so allow yourself to be a bit dirty and naughty as you dance your butt pump.
Get your arms involved. You can travel the butt pump or stay on the spot – but whatever you do – dance it! I wanna see it in your face too.
How can your head move with it?
Can your chest move as well?
You can explore bending your knees more and lowering the butt pump. You can be as wild as you want!
No one cares what you look like – just make your booty happy by giving it permission to DANCE!

Second move: walk-4-butt-dance-4. Give me a cool confident walk for four – and then dance your butt for four.
You can circle your butt, move it side to side, twerk it, pump it – what else can your butt do?
But let your whole body dance it – arms, chest, head, face – even your hair.
How much can your booty dance? And make it feel yummy!
See if you can butt-dance differently every time.

Third move: Slow-grind. Slow your movement way down and grind it. Your hips, chest and whole body. Like a corkscrew. Try both ways. As you grind give yourself permission to be a bit naughty and dirty in your movement – just try it out – you can’t get it wrong. Just see how it feels.
Add your breath and relax into the dance – make it feel yummy. Like you are massaging your body with your movement.
