Purpose: To increase heart rate – cardio
Pre-Teach – During the verse you go with the 1-2-dance-dance. This is really bouncy hip hop. Even a little ridiculous (just think about the Prince of Belair).
Just make sure the 1-2-dance-dance is different every time. During the chorus it’s a jump and groove. Figure out a way of showing the “tic-tic-tic-tic boom” in your body (arms, shoulders, feet) every time you hear it.
First move: the 1-2-dance-dance

Third move: arms (“tic tic tic tic boom” to the beat)
