This is a great party song. There is a 20 second intro to talk about the body winding. Have them practice all the ways they can wind.
First move: Wind for 4, walk 4. Play with your levels and different parts of your body when you wind.
Pump your chest or shimmy while you walk, loose and relaxed. Invite them to wind with someone.
Second move: 123-123 in your feet. Bend your knees and go 123-123.
Dance your upper body and add your style and personality.
