Pre-Teach: Try this combo with me before you start the music: Pump your body for four – and then wind your body for four. You can
pump your chest and your butt and make it a little dirty and then get your naughty wind on! You can wind by circling your
butt, your chest or making waves through your spine. Just try different ways of winding and allow yourself to be sexy and gritty
with it!

First move: Wide reggae walk. Open your legs, bend your knees, relax and just walk out out, and in in. Relax it.
Change direction each time and get your arms to dance with your legs. Allow your hips to move – you can try to push your hips out
every time you step with it. Now involve your arms, your head and spine.
What does it look like when your whole body is dancing it? Relax into your walk and let the reggae vibe inspire how you move.
Let your body dance!
Have you moved backwards yet?
Can you turn it?
Give yourself permission to dance your heart out! That means dancing it with your unique expression and making it feel soooo good!
Remember – you can only get it right on this dance floor!

Second move: Pump-4-wind-4. Now pump your body 4 times and then wind for four. When you pump, get your arms and head in it.
And show me different ways of winding – circles and body rolls in your chest, hips and entire spine. Can you make gritty? Give
yourself permission – I can’t do it for you. But I’m pretty sure you wont regret it if you try!
Give it some sexy. Give it some naughty. Bend your knees and let you whole body get into it.
You can travel on the pumps or stay on the spot – up to you! But whatever you do – DANCE IT!

Primer movimiento: Paseo amplio de reggae. Separa las piernas, dobla las rodillas, relájate y simplemente camina hacia afuera y
adentro. Relájalo.
Cambia de dirección cada vez y haz que tus brazos bailen con tus piernas.

Segundo movimiento: Pump-4-viento-4 (círculos corporales). Bombea tu cuerpo 4 veces (usa tus brazos) y luego enrolla o rodea tu
cuerpo 4 veces.
Un poco sexy en el viento. Dobla las rodillas y deja que todo el cuerpo entre en acción. Asegúrate de decirles que usen sus brazos.
