Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To get funky and interact

First move: Clap. Alright everyone, start with a clap. Make it funky with lots of style. Now take that clap to different places around your body. Doesn’t matter what your feet are doing, just get your whole body dancing with the clap. How creatively can you clap? You can even explore your levels when you clap. Try different directions. You can even travel while you clap. Just keep trying to clap a little differently. See if you can get your head dancing too. Maybe even go over to someone and clap with them. Let’s see that funk in your face! You’ve got it. No one can do it for you. *You can also bring them together on the clap to create more interaction.

Second move: Walk 4, Get Down 4. Walk 1234, now boogie down. Now walk somewhere new 1234, and boogie down 4. You can walk to someone and get down with them; someone different each time. Keep your funky style and attitude, even your face is funky. Get your whole body in it. How low can you go? Get your arms dancing too. Let’s see your style and personality! The way you choose to do it is perfect!
