Purpose: To create strength and endurance in the legs and arms.
First move: Claps: Clap 3 singles and 1 double to the music. Do whatever you want with your legs. Try to take your claps different
places.
Second move: Down and up 2 to the side: Go down and up, down and up to the side. Change direction each time. Challenge your
legs and go as low as you can for you.
Now do something with your arms, anything you want just make it big movements. This is a fitness song so really get your body
working.
Explore all the things you can do with your arms. This requires endurance, don’t give up! Challenge your legs.v
Third Move: Pushups: slowly go to the floor (modify on a wall if you need to). Choose if you want to do it on your knees or full on.
Do as many pushups as you can. Go as low as you can. Get those arms to work and build strength
