Focus: External
Purpose: To increase heart rate and explore simple rhythms.
First move: confident attitude walk, you own it, chest up, shoulders back. I own this room attitude.
Connect your feet to the beat. Use all your directions, lots of turns.
Second move: Double-pump, while you pump the arms, travel it. Pump them all around your body and bounce.
Engage with each other, really talk to each other with your body on the dancefloor while you’re doing this move.
Third move: Open your arms, confidence – pump arm, other arm.
Forth move: Groove it out, crazy wild dancing, your whole body is having a party, let yourself go crazy!
