Purpose: To work on balance and be creative exploring different energies
First move: Hop on one foot and make a shape. You want to encourage them to be still in their shape, to be creative and do something different each time.
Using their arms and trying to make a shape at different levels.
It´s ok to wobble and fall out of their shape!
Second move: Hop and dance. Have fun and be playful!
Third move: Hop and flow. Arms should be flowy and graceful.
