First move: Snap – DANCE IT! You can travel this around the room gently, taking snaps in all different places, even snap with a friend!

Second move: Pump arms increasing tempo while traveling. Let this be powerful! Increase your travel at first with the single arm punches and then as the arms get faster, slow your travel and focus on the speed of the arms!
Try this in a variety of levels around your body.

Third move: Down 3, up 2. Pre-teach this one and give the options up front. Show them an easy down, down, down and then pump up for two.
Show them in a couple ways while they also try it with you, then show them with full squats touching the floor or even crawling hands and feet on the floor and then power jump and pump up for 2.
