Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes, we are going to play bears Focus: Internal Purpose: Using imagination to act out a bear’s day

First move: Bear Stomp. Start with a heavy slow stomp. Travel the room like a bear through the forest. Show with your arms how big of a bear you are.

Second move: Fishing. Stay on the spot and pretend you are grabbing fish in the water with your paws! Try to get as many as you can! The Bear is hungry!

Third move: Rest head in hands. Self-explanatory!

Fourth move: Berry Picking. Bend down to the floor, pretend you are picking blue berries and eating them!

Fifth move: Yawn and Stretch and Lay down to sleep. This is how you end the song.
