Purpose: To increase heart rate and strengthen hip joints
First move: Walk 4 jump back 2. Start with a funky walk for 4 then jump back with your booty 2 times. Go a different direction each time. Dance it with your whole body. Make it about your booty, Can you dance your booty different each time. Explore the space and all your directions. Use your arms when you dance. Even dance the walk. Keep it funky. Second move: Butt Pump. Now pump your butt, use your arms. make it funky and really make your booty move. See if you can travel while you do it, even backwards. Get your whole body involved in your butt pump Third move: Butt circles. Now slow it down and make a circle, a little sexy and yummy. Use your arms and dance it. Now go the other direction. Bend your knees and really get your hips to circle.
