Purpose: Core strength, dance
First move: Riding the bike on your back on the ground. Ask the kids to get down on their back and start peddling as if they are in a bike race. encourage them to peddle faster.
They can bring their legs up hire or lower, this will work different core muscles.
Second move: Rock out air guitar! Tell them it’s time to celebrate and get up and start rocking out!
Play the air guitar like they are a true rockstar!!
They can play with the person beside them too.
