First Move: Dance-walk. Start by putting the beat in your feet and when you’re ready start to travel it. Light. Lyrics tell you what to do.
So I want to see you dance that walk. Move it through the space. All directions. Turns now and then. If you want to skip, you can (if it’s not being used as a warm-up).
You feel better when you’re dancing, YES! Use your space. Move to the open spaces.
Whole body is dancing. Face. Hair. Arms.
Second Move: Dance OTS. Let’s see you dance with your whole body. You’ve got the moves.
